TOWERLIFT
TOWERLIFT is an interactive boardgame based on the coordination between three players. It’s a game developed for children age 10 - 12+, but it’s also enough challenging for adults and parents.
Every player must monitor two stripes of LEDs: one stripe is the “elevator”, controlled by the player with a potentiometer, the other stripe is passive and generates a random series of colors

The main goal of the game is to coordinate and collaborate in order to turn off the LEDs that randomly appear on the ten floors of a triangular tower.
To each player is assigned a permanent color between red, green and blue. The player can only turn off the lights of the color assigned to him ( for example, the red player can only turn off red lights).

Since it is not possible to see the other participant’s sides, players need to coordinate verbally in order to turn off the LEDs on the various floors and sides, so as to avoid the tower overload and the consequent game-over.

The speed of the gameplay increases gradually over time.
A second, more complex game mode was then implemented, which consists in adding the concept of additive synthesis of RGB colors.

New colors appear on the tower: yellow cyan and magenta. If, for example, the yellow color on the fifth floor of the red player appears, 2 players, respectively Red and Green, must coordinate by simultaneously pressing the off button on the correct floor.
